Reinspection Request

PLEASE READ:

Purpose of the Inspection: This updated inspection is conducted to verify the condition and compliance status of the property at the request of the seller/buyer.

Reinspection Fee:

A reinspection fee of $141.31 must be paid prior to the inspection being scheduled. Once payment is received the Association has 10 days to complete the reinspection and submit its findings. You must contact the Association to submit payment.
Any outstanding violations, charges, or enforcement actions may be subject to further action in accordance with the Governing Documents.

Seller/Authorized Representative:

- This inspection reflects the condition of the property only as of the date listed below. Any changes made after this inspection may result in additional violations or enforcement actions.

Our office hours are as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8am-1pm, closed from 1pm-2pm for lunch, re-open at 2pm-6:30pm.
