PLEASE READ: 

Purpose of the Inspection: This updated inspection is conducted to verify the condition and compliance status of the property at the request of the seller/buyer.

Reinspection Fee:

• A reinspection fee of $141.31 must be paid prior to the inspection being scheduled. Once payment is received the Association has 10 days to complete the reinspection and submit its findings.
• Any outstanding violations, charges, or enforcement actions may be subject to further action in accordance with the Governing Documents.

Seller/Authorized Representative: 

• I/We, the undersigned Seller(s)/Authorized Representative, acknowledge the following:
  - This inspection reflects the condition of the property only as of the date listed below. Any changes made after this inspection may result in additional violations or enforcement actions.
• By filling out this form I agree to all of the above terms. 

If you have any questions or to make payment, please call the office at 757-427-2600. Our office hours are as follows: 
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8am-1pm, closed from 1pm-2pm for lunch, re-open at 2pm-6:30pm.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Association reserves the right to enforce all Governing Documents, rules, and regulations before and after settlement.
