2026 Parking Pass Replacement

This year we will be issuing a new style and color of Parking Decals and Permanent Visitor Passes. In addition, a separate Homeowner Service Pass will be issued for properties that are rentals.

Your current Red Decals, Green Visitor Passes, and Green Homeowner Service Passes will expire on April 30, 2026.

To help manage volume and ensure timely service for all residents, parking decals and passes will be issued by neighborhood on a staggered schedule. Please plan to visit the Association office during your assigned pick-up window.

White Birch Lane and Ruddy Oak Court - February 16th, 17th, 19th, 23rd, 24th, 26th
Green Cedar Lane, Crimson Holly Lane and Crimson Holly Court - March 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 9th, 10th and 12th
Mountain Drive, Sierra Drive and Sierra Arch - March 16th, 17th, 19th, 23rd, 24th and 26th
Lynnhaven Parkway and Weeping Willow Lane - March 30th, 31st, and April 2nd
Ship Chandlers Wharf - April 6th, 7th, 9th

If you miss your scheduled week you may come April 20th, 21st, 23rd, 27th, 28th and 30th.

Passes will not be issued outside of your neighborhood’s assigned pick-up schedule.

In order to receive your new parking decals and visitor passes, or to obtain a new Homeowner Service Pass, your association assessments must be current. A signed copy of the Updated Parking Policy must be on file or signed at the office, and photo identification will be required. All drivers residing at the property should review, initial, and sign the Parking Policy.

All new decals and visitor passes, or homeowner service passes, must be obtained prior to April 30, 2026.

Landlords/Tenants – A current Property Occupant Form with a lease end date must be on file. Month-to-month leases will receive paper visitor passes, which must be renewed monthly. Copies of the required forms are available at www.greenrunhoa.org, under the Rental Information tab (login required). Current homeowner service passes will no longer be valid and must be replaced with the new orange Homeowner Service Pass.

On May 4, 2026, vehicles that do not display the new ORANGE DECAL AND VISITOR PASS will be towed.

Passes may be picked up from the Association Office, located at 1248 Green Garden Circle, Virginia Beach, VA 23453 during your scheduled week.
