How to Order a Resale Certificate
If you’re selling your home, the Virginia Property Owners’ Association Act (§ 55.1-2307) requires the seller to provide a Resale Certificate to the purchaser. This packet includes essential information about the Association, Governing Documents, Architectural Rules and Regulations, financials, fees, and any known violations of the CC&R’s.
