Coupon Book Info

At this time we have stopped ordering coupon books for the 2024 Assessment.

You do not need a coupon book to make your payment. You may mail your payment (check, money order, cashier’s check) to: (be sure to include the Owners Name, GRHA address and Account Number on the payment) to:

You must include the Owners Name, GRHA address and Account Number on the payment.

Assessments are due on the 1st of each month. Payment must be posted to your account by the 10th of each month to avoid a late fee.

Any coupon books that are lost or need to be reordered will require a $5.00 fee. Coupons may take three weeks for processing and mailing and does not excuse the non-payment of assessments.
