2024 Coupon Book Request

If you would like a coupon book for 2024, please complete the following form. Regardless of receipt of the coupon book, you must still make your payment on time.

You do not need a coupon book to make your payment. You may mail your payment (check, money order, cashier’s check) (be sure to include the Owners Name, GRHA address and Account Number on the payment) to:

Assessments are due on the 1st of each month. Payment must be posted to your account by the 10th of each month to avoid a late fee.

Each home is allowed one coupon book. Any coupon books that are lost or need to be reordered will require a $5.00 fee. Coupons may take three weeks for processing and mailing and does not excuse the non-payment of assessments.
