Coupon Book Request

If you would like a coupon book, please complete the following form. Regardless of receipt of the coupon book, you must still make your $36 payment on time.

You do not need a coupon book to make your payment. You may mail your payment (check, money order, cashier’s check) to:

The payment must include your Account Number (contact the office), Owner Name and your Green Run Address.

2023 Assessments are $36 a month and due on the 1st of each month. Payment must be posted to your account by the 10th of each month to avoid a late fee.

Each home is allowed one coupon book. Any coupon books that are lost will require a $5.00 fee. Coupons may take three weeks for processing and mailing.
